Thanks for purchasing our products at (“Website”) operated by Salamanca LLC, a limited liability company with business license number 2112534.01 (“Company”).

We, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, offer refunds and/or returns on purchases made through our Website. Please refer to the terms listed below to determine the factors revolving around refunds and returns.

If you are unhappy with a product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you three (3) calendar days to return or exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt. You may be eligible for a full refund within three (3) calendar days of your purchase.

Upon lapse of the timelines mentioned above, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

1.1 Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.

1.2 If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within fourteen (14) calendar days.



2.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, you are requested to check your bank account.

2.2 In the event of a continued delay in receipt of your refund, you are requested to contact your banking institution and request an update.



We do not offer refunds for final sale items, where applicable, unless they are defective.



We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an article for the same article, please send us an email at



If the article was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the article is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.



6.1 The Company will send its logistics partner to collect the article to be returned or exchanged.

6.2 You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your article, unless the article is defective. Shipping costs are not refundable.

6.3 If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
